How do I login to PowerSchool as a student? ›

STUDENT LOGIN

Students simply enter their STUDENT ID and STUDENT PASSWORD printed on the bottom of the PowerSchool letter to access their information. This is their permanent username and password. Note: Only students use the Student ID and Student password.

S1: First semester. S2: Second semester. E1: Exam 1st semester. E2: Exam 2nd semester. F1: Final Grade.

Click Admin Access and Roles. Select Sign in to Administrative Portion of PowerSchool to allow the user to sign in to the PowerSchool SIS Admin portal. Enter a username and password: If PowerSchool SIS as OIDC Service Provider for SSO is enabled, enter the Identity Provider Global ID.

Enter the email address associated with your applicant account under Retrieve Username and click Retrieve Username. The system will email that address with the username for your account.

Your student's Access ID and password is generated and administered by your school district to protect your student's information. If you have not received an Access ID and password, we would suggest contacting your school district directly to receive them.

D1: equivalent to a GCSE grade 3. M1: equivalent to a GCSE grade 2. P1: equivalent to a GCSE grade 1.75.

Whether the exam is a mid-year or end of year local exam is indicated by the grade set up dates. R1 is for January Regents grades. R6 is for June Regents grades. Y1 is for the overall course grade. Some schools may use additional grade terms that are not listed above.

Log into PowerSchool from an administrator account (not the account you've shared with Clever). Navigate to the System Administrator view (click on the left menu link for 'System'). Click on the link for 'Security'. Click on the link for 'Locked Accounts'.

Use Direct Data Access (DDA) to directly alter records in PowerSchool, when a better means is not available.

Can you see GPA on PowerSchool? ›

Depending on the current school setup, this page may display the student's cumulative GPA, class rank, credit hours, GPA for current term, and projected cumulative weighted GPA. On the start page, click the Student Information (backpack) icon of the class you want to work with.

Answer: They are labels for different types of grades and terms and are sometimes specific to schools. Generally S1 and S2 represent final grades for Semesters 1 and 2. E1 represents Final Exam for Semester 1. Q1, Q2, etc represent individual marking period grades that fall within the semesters.

View a single student's username and password: - Pull up student in PowerSchool - Click Custom Screens on the left under the Information heading - Click Student Info 1 on the left - Scroll down and you'll see Network ID and Network Password – this is their username and password for email, computer, canvas, etc.

Uninstall the app and then restart your phone. Re-install the app by downloading the app from the App Store/Google Play Store.

Adding Students via Parent Portal

Under Account Preferences, click on the Students tab. Now click on the Add + button and enter the Access ID and password for your student provided by your school or district.
