Our Business Development Manager Charlie Elliott was out doing tree safety surveys for a client in Devon on a sunny spring day.Landowners have a legal responsibility to ensure the safety of the trees on their land, especially if public access is available. Our Southern England Regional team was led on guided walk in Somerset by Forest Manager, Jenny. She provided information on the mixed lowland stands currently seeing ash being removed due to ash die-back.The day also contained a series of quiz questions, with the most surprising winner of the "guess-the-volume" of the timber stack being Tilhill Forestry's Head of Safety and Assurance!
